$5,000 Sign-on Bonus! Overview: A full-time split Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. The successful candidate will split time between two facilities located in Lewiston and Auburn, ME. Travel time and mileage are paid when traveling in between two facilities on one day.
