ABOUT THE ROLE: The RIA Operations Analyst provides high-quality operational support focused on efficiency, data integrity, investment accounting, and senior-level operations functions. This role partners across Operations, Compliance, and other functional teams to support regulatory reporting, examinations, and business initiatives that drive strong client outcomes and operational excellence across the firm. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Data Integrity & Workflow Efficiency: Partner with Operations staff and related departments to resolve issues, ensure data accuracy, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and control. Fee Processing: Support quarterly fee processes, including generation of fee billing statements and use of custodial interfaces to post fees to client accounts. Client Documentation Review: Review new client documentation for accuracy and completeness, adapting to shifting priorities to support team and organizational objectives.
