Expected Responsibilities: Assist in representing corporate and individual clients in matters involving national security regulatory frameworks, including OFAC sanctions, ITAR, EAR, FCPA, CFIUS, and AML Support internal investigations and corporate risk assessments, including the development and implementation of compliance programs Assist in preparing clients for interactions with federal agencies including the Departments of Justice, State, Commerce, Treasury, Defense, and Homeland Security, as well as the intelligence community Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other work product related to national security, white collar defense, and international law matters Assist with crisis management and incident response engagements, includin...
