Lead Operational Resilience, Business Continuity & Third Party and Intragroup Management (TIPM) – UK ING is seeking an experienced and proactive leader to join our UK COO organisation as Lead Operational Resilience, Business Continuity & Third Party and Intragroup Management (TIPM) . This is a senior execution role with end‑to‑end accountability for the UK implementation and continuous improvement of ING’s global Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and TIPM frameworks. This role acts as the UK single point of accountability and subject matter expert , ensuring global standards are translated into effective, proportionate, and sustainable UK execution, fully aligned with ING control standards and local regulatory expectations. You will work closely with UK business and support functions, Technology and Cyber teams, and global and hub‑based teams. The role has high visibility with UK senior management and governance forums and plays a critical part in strengthening ING UK’s operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and risk profile.
