DARE Pool Bar Porter (Horseshoe Bossier)

Job description

The Bar Porter is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the bar areas and maintaining the stock for the Beverage Carts. The position requires maintaining stock, removal of waste, and general cleaning duties as required. Bar Porters may fill in as Bartenders when needed. The Bar Porter should have a guest service mentality, be neat and clean in appearance, and have good communication skills. In addition, the Bar Porter must be able to work under extreme pressure. - Knowledge of all beverages and ingredients used in a typical bar operation. - Ability to ring up all products in accordance with policy. - Ability to pass a standard Mixology certification. - Possesses excellent customer service and communication skills. - Serves as Casino Bartender from time to time as business requires. - Completes all opening, running, and closing duties as assigned by management. - Promotes outstanding guest relations. - Works additional hours on short notice as requested by a manager or supervisor in order to accommodate staffing emergencies, employee absences, special projects, high business levels, and training programs. - Perform any related duties at the request of a supervisor or manager. -...
