Job Summary The LMS & Learning Experience Analyst, Sr. plays a pivotal role in supporting the evolution, optimization, and long-term success of Cirrus’ enterprise Learning technologies and experiences. This role serves as a key contributor to the upcoming Talent/LMS RFP process, future-state system design, continuous improvement of HRIS-supported talent processes and implementations. The LMS & Learning Experience Analyst, Sr. will partner closely with HRIS/People Analytics, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders to ensure our Talent & Learning systems enable an engaging, scalable, and strategic employee development ecosystem. This role serves as the primary LMS point of contact within the Enterprise Services functions (IT, Finance, HR, Legal) supporting training coordination, production and course completion tracking.
