ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Trade Compliance Senior Analyst, you will play an integral part in executing Peloton’s Customs policies and procedures, with a primary focus on compliance with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) regulations. Reporting to Peloton’s Senior Manager, Trade Compliance, you will oversee the Customs brokers of Peloton’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Precor Inc, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant payments of import tariffs, and generally maintain and strengthen Precor’s “reasonable care” controls. The ideal candidate for this role is a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) who challenges themself to continuously improve Precor’s global trade compliance program, partnering cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders (external service providers, Sourcing, Purchasing, Transportation, Product, Legal and Finance). YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON: - Oversee, measure and audit the accuracy and timeliness of Precor’s Customs brokers in the US and Canada, with occasional support to Precor’s EMEA and APAC markets - Conduct regular audits of Precor’s import data and duty payments, utilizing CBP’s ACE and CBSA’s CARM portals - Assign global...
