We are looking for a passionate and highly organised National Early Careers Coordinator to lead the end-to-end delivery of our Scholarship programme, ensuring emerging talent is supported from attraction through to successful employment. This is a national role reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager, focused on building a sustainable early-talent pipeline aligned to operational workforce demand. About the Role: You will own and coordinate our Scholarship Programme lifecycle — from attraction and assessment through to onboarding, milestone management, and transition into employment.
