Responsibilities: - Provide concierge-type service to high priority accounts to facilitate customer support for general questions on parts and accessories order status, account activity, warranty information, and technical service. - Answer and log a high volume of calls and emails from customers to provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer questions and product knowledge requests. - Partner with the Customer Service team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations. - Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns. - Maintain account information in CRM system including logging all calls. - Assume responsibility and accountability for assignm...
