JOB TITLE: Clinical Office Leader JOB SUMMARY/ RESPONSIBILITIES: The Medical Staff Lead will work closely with the other members of the team to ensure exceptional clinic operations through effective and efficient patient and employee care. This individual is a culture leader that takes pride in creating a culture of excellence that drives the willingness of all our team members to take individual ownership of problems and opportunities. The Medical Staff Lead will be responsible for our Innovative Pain Care clinic(s), underneath an assigned Clinical Site Supervisor. This lead is responsible for general site operations and responding to customer complaints about the clinic(s). This position has the authority to oversee clinic personnel and provide directions for staff members.
