Senior Investment Leader, Private Equity Health & Life Growth

What it's about Looking for an established senior investment leader to help build and lead Partners Group’s growth equity team in the US. Reporting directly to Ben Breier (Head of Private Equity, Health and Life), your focus will lie primarily on healthcare minority growth investments (Series B+ with check sizes starting at $30M and scaling up to $200M) but also work on occasional control buyouts ($1B+ checks) globally. The team will be targeting companies that have achieved product market fit and momentum with a near-term path to profitability. The goal would be to deploy $500M per year to build the growth portfolio but could grow beyond this with success. This role will leverage your deep expertise in healthcare growth investing to identify transformative healthcare opportunities (pharma services, healthcare delivery, specialty pharma, healthcare IT, life sciences tools, and med tech), lead due diligence and build trust with management teams and founders.
