Silgan Containers is seeking a Plant Controller to provide plant‑level manufacturing accounting and finance expertise at our Burlington, IA, manufacturing facility. This role focuses on cost accounting, inventory control, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and SOX internal controls within a structured manufacturing environment. The Plant Controller reports to the Plant Manager and partners closely with plant operations and corporate finance to ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and effective financials for manufacturing operations.
