Job Description: The Director, Finance, Global Operations is a pivotal senior finance leader who helps shape the future of a global manufacturing organization at Ormco. This role drives financial performance, strategic insight, and strong governance across Global operations, enabling sustainable and profitable growth for the business. Reporting to the CFO, the Director partners closely with executive leaders to translate strategy into results through disciplined financial planning, analysis, and capital investment. Leading and developing regional finance teams, this role champions EBS principles and fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
