Porter Responsibilities: Prepare dining areas before guests are seated Remove dirty plate ware and silverware from tables after guests have left Clean tables after guests leave: kitchens to be restocked with plates, utensils, napkins and trays Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition. Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. Operate equipment in an efficient and safe manner. Complete other general cleaning duties such as emptying trash cans and cleaning dining area Other duties as assigned by management Skills and Requirements: Work experience as a Busser, Food Runner or other entry-level role in a restaurant and face paced events environm...
