What you'll be doing: Manage, develop, and execute various HR initiatives aimed at improving HR programs, processes and enhancing the employee experience. Align human resource programs to support long-term company goals and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Work closely with HR leadership and HR team to develop, implement, and evaluate ongoing HR policies, programs, functions, and activities to attract and retain top talent.
