Job Description As a Regional Estimator at David Weekley Homes, you will provide critical support in the review and development of new plans, ensuring accurate and reliable material estimates across assigned markets. This position prepares take-offs, manages cutsheets, reviews plan changes, and updates estimates to support construction execution and organizational decision making. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
