Job description

Coordinates all limousine reservations, errands associated with limousine runs, shuttle moves and dispatches for the Transportation department. The dispatcher will be an individual who requires little supervision and acts as a primary support to the Transportation Supervisor Communicate through two-way radio or cellular telephone with limousine and shuttle drivers to ensure constant status and location. Communicate through a multi-line phone system with other departments and properties to assist both drivers and guests. Use computer programs to track airline flights, review limousine reservations, find addresses and map driving routes. Build and maintain the daily limo board. Order extra limousines from outside companies for special events and areas outside average driving distances when needed. Control driver overtime and outsourcing to a minimum. Train newly hired dispatchers on working with radios, all computer programs including Harrah’s programs such as CMS, LMS, and answering multi-line phone system and dispatching.
