Factor, a brand of HelloFresh is seeking a Labor Planning Analyst. The Labor Planning team plays a central role in maintaining capacity for Operations and delivering for our customers in a high-growth environment. Our team is responsible for generating the hiring plans for all U.S. distribution centers. We are looking for leaders with strong analytical and technical skills who can partner effectively with leaders across functions to drive planning accuracy. Hybrid Day Shift: flexible to work Sunday-Wednesday and Wednesday - Saturday Job Responsibilities: - Work alongside other members of the Planning team to validate labor plans and improve overall accuracy - Support all labor management functions by driving enhancements in headcount planning, attrition curves, scheduling, and cohort balancing based on data. - Track progress to and deviations from the plan, assist with problem-solving and root cause analysis - Serve as a technical liaison between Planning and Data/Engineering teams to translate business requirements, resolve escalations and contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes - Own short-term labor planning to ensure operational sites are set up for succ...
