We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Payroll to oversee all aspects of payroll operations and is responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of payroll processes across a multi‑state, multi‑entity healthcare organization. This role owns the architecture, workflows, internal controls, and compliance requirements of the payroll function and develops short‑ and long‑term strategies to drive efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing and service delivery. This position ensures timely governmental reporting and regulatory compliance, serves as a key liaison between Finance and Human Resources, and provides accurate and actionable payroll‑related data to leadership.
