Job description

We are hiring 5 Category Assistants supporting various categories. This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite/2 days working from home) based out of our Boca Raton, FL HQ. The Category Assistant partners closely with the Category Merchant to execute merchandising strategies while providing data-driven insights that inform category decisions. This role ensures flawless execution of pricing, promotions, assortment, and inventory initiatives while supporting analysis that drives improved sales, margin, and inventory productivity. The Category Assistant acts as the operational and analytical engine of the category—managing day-to-day merchandising processes, supporting vendor engagement, and coordinating cross-functional execution. The role plays a critical part in translating strategy into results while building foundational commercial acumen.
