Junior Workday Reporting Consultant with French or German

Company: Mercer Description: Your mission will be to assist our clients in the implementation and support of the Workday solution. After a training period on the implementation and support methodology, as well as the use of the reporting tools of the Workday Information System, you will leverage your expertise in reporting to design, develop, and deliver insightful reports and dashboards that support business decision-making. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate complex data requirements into actionable reporting solutions. We will count on you to: - Take part of Workday deployment projects for our clients. - Engaging with diverse business units to capture comprehensive reporting requirements. - Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet business needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance and IT to gather and analyze reporting requirements and data. - Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Understand security and data privacy rules for data handling in reporting. - Provide training and support to end-users on Workday reporting cap...
