Description Security Officer - Elko Pay Range : $15 - $ 18 per hour *Housing options available after 90 days* The Security Officer is responsible for the safe operation of the Casino, ensuring the safety of guests and employees while protecting the assets of the casino. Coordinate activities with all casino departments. Between Maverick Casino & Hotel, Gold Country Inn & Casino, and High Desert Inn. How You'll Succeed: · Assist patrons as needed and provide excellent customer service internally and externally. · Ensure all reports and correspondences are properly completed in a timely manner. · Maintain an open line of communication with management. · Identify security issues and develop solutions in coordination with management. · Patrol company property, protect assets and ensure safety of all guests and personnel. · Document and effectively write reports on all incidents. · Respond to and handle emergencies using the proper method while simultaneously using the correct safety procedures. · Ensure the safety of all patrons and employees. · Ensure adherence of Nevada and federal laws. · Perform other duties as assigned.
