Position: Global Expansion Associate Reporting to: Global Expansion Director: Location: New York City: Role Summary: The Global Expansion Associate will support Fanatics Collectibles’ global growth initiatives across Asia Pacific (APAC), Latin America (LatAm), and Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), by contributing research, analysis, and execution support across priority international markets. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional who is eager to gain hands-on exposure to global strategy, market entry planning/prioritization, and cross-functional execution. As part of the Global Expansion team, you will assist in evaluating new market opportunities, tracking performance in existing markets, and preparing insights and materials that inform leadership decision-making. This role requires flexibility to work across time zones, including occasional early morning or evening calls with international stakeholders. Qualifications: The salary range for this position is $108,000-$135,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
