We have five locations in Schaumburg, Elk Grove Village, Palatine, Bartlett, and Buffalo Grove. The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for supporting key HR functions including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and leave management. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employees and leaders, ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies.
