Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 15 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience. - 5 years of experience managing an HR team. Preferred qualifications: - Experience coaching and mentoring others. - Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence. - Ability to communicate in Polish fluently, to work with internal and external stakeholders - Excellent communication skills with an understanding of how to communicate change, with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
