Job Description Summary: Aviagen Anadolu is looking for a qualified and motivated candidate to join the Poultry Diagnostic Laboratory as a Molecular Laboratory Specialist. Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, this role will be responsible for executing routine molecular diagnostic tests, developing and validating new testing methodologies, and ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in molecular diagnostics, a hands-on approach to laboratory operations, and a continuous improvement mindset to support the development of reliable and efficient diagnostic capabilities. Job Description: •Perform routine molecular diagnostic tests (PCR, qPCR, etc.) in line with laboratory requirements •Execute nucleic acid extraction processes and ensure accuracy and reliability of results •Develop, optimize, and validate molecular diagnostic methods and protocols •Design primers/probes and improve disease-specific testing approaches •Analyze, interpret, and report test results through laboratory information systems •Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for molecular laboratory processes •Ensure all laboratory act...
