The opportunity We are looking for an engaging and driven person to lead the power quality R&D team with focus on Control of Power Quality solutions. The team consists of highly skilled technical experts. You will be part of Grid & Power Quality Solutions and report to the Global R&D Manager for Power Quality. This is a visible role in a truly global and cross-functional environment, at the cutting edge of technology. How youll make an impact You will be responsible for line management and the development of the team and team members. Further, as manager and resource owner, you will lead and distribute work tasks, support the team and the project managers to drive the projects, implement existing and further develop efficient work processes to increase productivity as well as preparing annual budget and follow up execution. You will ensure prompt and regular reporting on the projects status and take proactive action in case of any deviation from the agreed baseline. In the role you will collaborate directly with other R&D teams, receiving units and engineering teams around the world.
