Excelitas is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision components. This role requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment. As a CNC Technician at Excelitas, you will collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure seamless manufacturing processes, troubleshoot machine issues, and maintain documentation for production and maintenance activities. Requirements: Key Responsibilities: - Performs basic shaping process steps on simple to medium-difficult parts. - Operation Control - Controlling operations of equipment or systems with CNC or manual controls - Can perform basic program edits including GCODE, MACRO, and OFFSETS - Equipment Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance on equipment - Mathematics - Using basic mathematics and geometry to solve problems - Basic reading and comprehension of work instructions and prints for basic dimensions - Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachment accessories (tool holders), and materials into ma...
