Job Summary: The Director of Engineering Delivery Management is accountable for the effectiveness, scalability, and outcomes of delivery across the organization. This role owns the delivery operating model, planning and governance mechanisms, performance insights, and talent strategy required to execute complex initiatives aligned to business priorities. The Director leads the delivery organization and partners with Product and Engineering to set realistic, transparent, and reliable delivery commitments. Success is measured by organizational outcomes and delivery effectiveness at scale.
