Responsibilities: - Under supervision, assists attorneys with the litigation process. - Reviews work of paralegals and clerks. - Prepares all documents related to the litigation process to include drafting motions, briefs, memoranda of law, etc. - Screens documents for privilege. - Performs other duties as assigned.
