JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for Foreman training, retention, and the direction of Foreman activities on job sites. Provides effective leadership and ensures quality service for every client. Plan, organize, direct, or coordinate activities of workers, such as planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns. This position indirectly supervises crews, which includes assigning and directing daily tasks but does not have direct managerial responsibility.
