Overview The Digital Marketing & Operations Analyst supports the execution, optimization, and measurement of marketing programs with a strong focus on HubSpot and Salesforce. This role is responsible for executing campaigns, maintaining data integrity, supporting lead lifecycle processes, and ensuring accurate handoff and reporting between marketing and sales systems. The ideal candidate is execution-focused, highly organized, and data-driven, with the ability to follow defined marketing strategies while continuously improving performance through disciplined operations, reporting, and Agile-style execution. Responsibilities: Campaign & Content Performance: - Partner with content teams to support campaign execution, tracking, and optimization. - Analyze content engagement performance, including gated vs. ungated strategies, nurturing effectiveness, and user behavior. - Identify underperforming campaigns or assets and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
