TITLE: Converting Operator C POSITION OBJECTIVE: To safely produce good, quality film using conversion equipment. QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) - Previous work experience in a manufacturing setting preferred - Basic understanding of machine operations and adjustments - Oral and written communication skills - Up to 50 lbs. lifting maximum - P.C. Knowledge - Mechanical aptitude - Physical activity required for this position - Visual activity required for this position - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
