As a Digital Programme Manager, you will: - Lead the delivery of complex digital programmes including the Digital Front Door, Cloud migration, Application Rationalisation, and AI & Automation initiatives. - Manage project managers responsible for large-scale system implementation and embedding digital solutions into services. - Develop and implement programme governance frameworks and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies. - Monitor budgets and ensure delivery of outcomes to quality, time, and cost standards. - Engage stakeholders across departments and external partners to ensure successful programme delivery. - Provide strategic leadership to the Digital Delivery Team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
