The Contract Recruiter role is responsible for sourcing candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and providing a robust pipeline of candidates to support the TA departments recruiting efforts. The primary focus of this position will be to serve as a trusted resource and partner to support the TA team that bring world-class top talent into the organization. The Contract Recruiter will collaborate with recruiters and leadership to ensure they are working to support business objectives.
