POSITION OVERVIEW: As a support contractor to ACT's Strategic Plans and Policy (SPP) Directorate and Defense Planning Integration (DPI) Branch, this position advances ACT's transformation mission including implementation of the NATO Warfighting Capstone Concept (NWCC) and the Rapid Adaptation of Force Design Options by designing, building, and managing the Innovation Solutions Catalogue (ISC) from pilot through production to enable Allied visibility and informed decision‑making on emerging and disruptive capabilities.
