Working in close partnership with the Head of Client Services and our Technical & Training Senior, you will identify training needs and deliver programs that enable the team to consistently provide an exceptional client experience. You’re ultimately building the next generation of talent and contributing to the long-term success of the business. Acting as a role model, you will embed our culture and values, drive consistency across offices, and champion operational excellence.
