Job Summary: The Sales Manager is a new leadership position responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading and developing a team of Regional Sales Representatives, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with CNC dealers, integrators, OEMs, and end customers. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The Sales Manager will report to the CEO and play a key role in professionalizing the sales organization.
