Production / Logistics Associates (STATESVILLE) 2nd & 3rd Shift

Job description

Major Responsibilities  Ability to work independently and efficiently in handling assigned responsibilities.  Perform machine and quality checks as outlined on work instructions.  Must understand and follow the operator instructions for the area.  Must inspect in process parts and finished product to insure compliance with standards.  Must be able to effectively communicate process/product problems.  Requires good communication with team members.  Requires shift work and overtime.  Punctual presence (attendance and timeliness) on assigned work days.  Must be alert, working in an area of automation and constant moving equipment.  Must inspect incoming parts and outgoing shipments to insure compliance with Quality standards.  Must be able to operate all material handling equipment in an alert, safe and effective manner.  Processing of freight bills, packing slips, receiving reports, bill of lading, and other related receiving and shipping forms.  Accurate input of all transaction’s related to inventory into computer system.
