Everforth ECS is seeking a NOC Shift Lead - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities: - Supervise NOC shift personnel, ensuring effective real-time monitoring of network infrastructure and services. - Validate incident triage and escalation decisions, directing restoration activities to maintain service-level objectives. - Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to resolve operational issues promptly. - Maintain continuous situational awareness of enterprise system health, providing timely updates and reports. - Review and ensure the quality and completeness of operational documentation and ticketing. - Provide shift-level performance reporting to leadership, highlighting key operational metrics and outcomes. - Oversee adherence to operational runbooks, ensuring consistent and effective network operations. - Act as the on-shift escalation authority for complex operational challenges.
