Summary Ho-Chunk Inc. Management Services (HCIMS) is seeking a full-time Subject Matter Expert serves as a legal expert and training advisor, providing subject matter guidance and instruction for the Bureau of Diplomatic Security’s extensive, specialized legal training program for DS Foreign Service-2501 Special Agents (FS), GS Civil Service-1811Criminal Investigators (GS), and law enforcement and security support personnel assigned domestically and abroad to meet DS’s global mission security requirements. Instruction is often provided to other Federal/state/local law enforcement personnel at the Foreign Affairs Security Training Center (FASTC), DS field and resident offices, other Department training facilities domestic and abroad, as well as to foreign government security and law enforcement personnel at the International Law Enforcement Academies (ILEAs).
