The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting for a variety of roles, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and hiring candidates with security clearances. As a Recruiter at SFI, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring the top talent needed to support our Federal Government customers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding. - Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent, with a focus on cleared candidates. - Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. - Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. - Negotiate and extend offers of employment. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. - Track and report on key recruiting...
