Overview We are seeking an Operations Specialist to support a global gaming retail business. In this role, you will execute the core processes behind global incentive and marketing programs. You will work hands-on with program operations, processing high-volume claims, validating program requirements, and ensuring accuracy across reporting, proof of execution, and payments. This is a client-facing role with a strong emphasis on organization, quality, and partner support. Responsibilities: Program Administration – Operations Focused: - Process and track multiple incentive programs, offers, and marketing claims, ensuring timely reporting and proof of execution. - Process a high volume of claims using CRM systems, data analytics, and other enterprise tools. - Provide high-quality support to key partners and internal teams. - Hold partners and internal teams accountable for deliverables. - Act as a subject matter expert on program specifics for both partners and internal teams.
