Job DetailsJob Location: Trustees of Thayer Academy - BRAINTREE, MA 02184Salary Range: $10,000.00 - $18,000.00 Commission Director of Football Program/Head Varsity Coach Job Summary: This is a seasonal, part-time position with the potential for full-time employment. This individual is responsible for directing Thayer Academy’s Varsity Football program, which includes the JV and Middle School programs. This includes promoting a culture and practice of excellence and sportsmanship consistent with the philosophy and policies of Thayer Academy and the program’s long history of achievement. The head coach is responsible for all aspects of the program, including student recruitment, managing practices and off-season training, managing games/championships, supervising assistant coaches, communicating with families and the Thayer Athletic Department, and supporting student-athletes in the college recruitment process.
