Job Description Summary The Continuous Improvement Supervisor is responsible for providing the safe and efficient management of the FCO production team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a high-performance safety culture in a lean manufacturing environment. This role will ensure in the continuous improvement of operating procedures, manufacturing processes, and to provide superior internal customer service to GE team members. The Continuous Improvement Supervisor provides all the necessary direction and input to the team to achieve safe and timely production goals. Job Description: Qualifications/Requirements: - Collaborate with the Kaizen Promotion Officer to perform workshops using methodologies like SMED, 5S and Kaizen to successfully analyze and fix waste in every process - Function as the front-line leader when needed and provide ongoing leadership of assigned personnel. - Look for opportunities for automation and new technologies in all processes - Assist the Kaizen Promotion Officer with managing the overall continuous improvement plan for the facility. - Plans standardized work to enhance employee capabilities, safety, customer satisfaction and efficie...
