About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Mentor to engage with and support Australian Apprentices and Employers throughout the apprenticeship lifecycle. This role focuses on early intervention, retention support and relationship management, working with apprentices and employers who may be experiencing challenges. The Mentor will provide guidance, practical support and referrals to improve apprenticeship outcomes and overall retention.
