BlueCross BlueShield of TN is seeking a mid-level RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy intelligence automation solutions using UiPath platform . This role involves collaborating with internal team and business stakeholders, participating in requirements sessions, resolving defects, enhancing existing processes, and providing production support to the processes developed. Qualifications We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience in UiPath RPA development Hands on Experience with REFramework and UiPath Studio Experience with UiPath Cloud components: Action Center, Maestro, Agents, and Document Understanding Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills: Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops: Strong communication and collaboration skills: Note: This role requires some on-call rotation. Providing outside hours support is rare, but the team maintains an on-call schedule for coverage. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
