As a Principal Engineer in D igi 2.0, you will: Provide technical leadership across multiple squads within a large-scale platform rebuild. Initially lead and support ~10 engineers, helping them grow, align, and deliver. Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Principal and Chief Engineers to drive technical alignment and execution. Ensure high standards of engineering quality, reliability, performance and operational excellence. Guide teams through a critical go-live phase, balancing delivery pace with long-term platform sustainability.
