In this role, you'll: Working within our People & Culture Team at Sydney Trains, the primary purpose of our Project Analyst is to support our fast paced change and transformation team. Working to tight timeframes, you will play a critical role in analysing establishment data, visualising organisational changes, and supporting key design workshops with our business stakeholders. About you: This role is accountable for analysing establishment, staffing and structural data to inform operating model changes. You will create clear and accurate visual representations of proposed changes using Microsoft Visio. You will prepare materials, insights and documentation to support organisational design workshops.
