ROLE SUMMARY: Be the first point of contact for existing clients, handling communications through video calls, email, phone and LinkedIn. Advise and guide clients on communicating through the LinkedIn platform, using data analysis and reporting tools to propose new strategies. Collaborate internally with operations and commercial teams to ensure the best outcomes for the business, ensuring top-level campaign performance and happy clients, then converting that to rebooking, upselling and cross-selling.
